Obituary

HEVER, Kathleen T. Kathleen T. Hever (Dugan) of Richardson passed away on Thursday, August 3rd ~ surrounded by her large loving family. Kathleen was wife to John (Bud) Hever for 69 years and from that wonderful union, she and Bud had six children: Diane (Ed) Clements, Anne (Rich) Escher, John (Susie) Hever, Kathleen (Mark) Fallon, Thomas (Lesa) Hever, and James (Leslie) Hever. Kathleen was also Grammy to Julia (Ben) Miller, Melissa (Steve) Gault, John B. (Becca) Hever, Christina Hever, Kevin (Bree) Fallon, Brian (Stephanie) Fallon, Thomas, Michael, Dominique, Joey, and Matthew Hever. Kathleen also has 10 great grandchildren all who love her very much. Family was everything to Kathleen. Kathleen has always been a trailblazer with a true zest for life. Originally from Manhattan, she brought her fiery redheaded personality south and gave the Texans a run for their money, speaking her mind and the king's English all the way to the end! Anyone she met quickly knew she was the light and laughter of the room. Her stories were the best and her laughter and love of life were infectious and will never be forgotten. Kathleen was very active in their church, St. Paul the Apostle. She was an avid reader, loved to exercise her mind and body, be it a game of bridge or a crossword, tennis or water aerobics, and was always up for a good political discussion. Words cannot explain how much she was loved and will be missed. Rosary will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday August 10th with mass following at 12:30 at St. Paul the Apostle Church, Richardson, TX. In lieu of flowers please send donations to Scottish Rite of Dallas.
