Barbra-Ellen Hoag, age 70, of Irving, Texas, passed away Wednesday, October 27, 2021, following a brief illness. Born in Highland Park, Michigan, Barbra-Ellen was the daughter of William and Helen Hoag, who preceded her in death.
Barbra worked as a registered nurse throughout her decades-long career, both in Michigan and in Texas. She will be dearly remembered as a loving, compassionate, caring daughter, sister, nurse, companion and friend.
Barbra is survived by her sister, Carolyn Bennett (Thomas), of Rochester, Michigan, her beloved nephew, William (Amy), of Waterford, Michigan, a dear cousin, Janis, and several long-time friends.
No service is planned. Donations in Barbra-Ellen’s memory may be made to a Humane Society or animal rescue organization.
