Beverly Ann Gumpert, also known by the name Beverly Ann Weber, passed away peacefully on April 30, 2026. She was born on July 8, 1938, in Pennsylvania and was raised in Houston, Texas. Beverly's life was marked by her deep devotion to family, her caring spirit, and the loving moments she shared, especially enjoying babysitting her grandchildren.
Beverly was the cherished daughter of the late William Whitehouse and Catherine Taggert Whitehouse. She experienced the profound bonds of marriage with Jack Weber and later Jerry Gumpert, both of whom were important companions in her journey through life. Her family was a central part of her world, and she leaves behind a legacy carried forward by her beloved daughter Paula Patrick and her son John Weber, who is married to Melanie. Beverly’s spirit lives on through her grandchildren Allen Miles and his wife Carrie, Mason Weber and his wife Sabrina, Hunter Weber, and Austin Weber, as well as three great-grandchildren.
Though Beverly endured significant losses throughout her life—including her parents Bill and Catherine Whitehouse, her husband Jerry Gumpert, her son Patrick Weber, her son-in-law Joe Patrick, and several siblings—her resilience and warmth never waned. The memories she created with her brothers and sisters, of whom five brothers and three sisters preceded her in death, remain treasured by those who knew her.
The family expresses heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate team at Lifted Hospice and to Thomas Ruiz, whose loving support during Beverly’s final days was invaluable. Their kindness and care made an extraordinary difference, and for this, the family extends their sincere thanks.
A burial service to honor Beverly Ann Gumpert will be held on May 29, 2026, beginning at 1:00 PM and concluding at 2:00 PM. The service will take place at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, located at 1413 East Irving Boulevard, Irving, Texas, 75060.
Beverly's life was one of quiet strength, unwavering love, and devoted family connections. She will be remembered with deep respect and affection by all who had the privilege of knowing her. May her memory be a blessing to her family and friends forever.
