Patricia Ann Bradfield

Pat was born to Reba Ray (Bishop) Lancaster and Cal T. Lancaster of Commerce, Texas. She is survived by one sister, Barbara, husband Nick and daughter Leanne Tsirigotis of Irving; and one brother, Donald Lancaster and daughter Heather. Following her graduation from Commerce High School, Pat worked in the Earth Science Department at Texas A&M University-Commerce where she met and married Timothy Bradfield of New York. About three years later, the two moved to the DFW area. Pat began working for attorneys in the Dallas area and quickly realized she had found her niche in the working world. She was happily employed as a legal secretary for the firm of Weiner, Glass and Reed for the last 35 years.

When not at work, Pat was happiest at home with her beloved rescue dog Maggie. An avid reader of mystery novels, Pat also enjoyed word games, was Wheel of Fortune’s biggest fan and, until her later years, a weekend shopper. She loved dogs and had at least one pet at all times throughout her adult life and was a strong supporter of Operation Kindness. Her family asks that anyone wishing to honor her memory do so by making a donation to your local humane society.
