Sausha Marie Jimenez

Sausha Marie Jimenez, age 49, passed away December 3, 2025. She was born in Dallas, Texas on December 23, 1975 to Anna Marie Huckaby and Marcus Jimenez Jr. Sausha is survived by her husband Brian Matiyenga, her mother and father, Marie and Steve Harkness, sister, Christina Lee Miller and her beloved dogs Demon and Chico. Sausha will be remembered for living a full and colorful life, her ability to make everyone around her laugh, even during difficult times, her love for animals and her love for her family. She enjoyed reading, making and sending cards and letters to those she loved, adopting any stray animal in need, riding her scooter around town and FaceTiming her mom several times a day. A Memorial Service will be held December 12, 2025 at 12:00pm at Chisim-Smith Funeral Home, Irving, Texas. Because of her love for animals, in lieu of flowers she would be pleased if you donated to your local SPCA in her name.
