My thoughts and prayers are with the Covington family as they are with heavy heart again in such a short period of time.  Reflecting back to the 1970s, I remember Rusty always helping his dad Tom, with the many facets of scouting in troop 771. I recognized how Rusty was always there to help Tom accomplish the many tasks required in scouting.  Now Rusty has joined his Dad as they share everlasting peace.
