Aaron was born on September 3, 1996 in St. Petersburg, FL to parents Steven Austin Baggett and Tana Renee Ogan and departed our earth on July 26, 2017 after only 20 years of life with his family. Aaron’s mother preceded him in death. He graduated from MacArthur High School in 2015 and was a Sons of American Legion member. Aaron was very artistic and could draw, create with clay and one of the last things he made was a Viking War Hammer that he made from a limb of a tree and a cinder block; he carved intricate faces on it, using only a Dremel tool and chisel. He had a witty sense of humor and was just a wonderful, giving person and will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Aaron has left behind, siblings, Annalise Marie Baggett, Nicholas William Fairbanks, Sophie Elaine Goodwin, Graciela Eirene Goodwin, Josten Maxwell Goodwin, Adriana Marie Goodwin, Zachary William Goodwin; step-father Shane Douglas Goodwin; grandparents, Douglas and Karen Goodwin, Ron and Sharon Ogan. A Memorial Service is pending.

Aaron didn't understand what a joy he was to those of us who loved and cared about him.  I've been too far away for too long, but he was always held close in my heart.  RIP sweet prince!

Aaron was with us only 20 years but has a special place in our hearts that will never die. We will miss his quiet nature and bright smile. God bless his soul and comfort our family at this time.

I recruited Aaron into the Sons of the American Legion at Post 379 because I was being selfish and, as Director of the Legion Riders for that post, I admired his motorcycle riding skills. I desperately admired and need his youth and exuberance in my Riders. He quickly adapted and helped us on two very important missions - the funeral escort for our fellow Legionnaire and escorting the boys to Boys State in Austin. He was like a son to me and I can't believe I will never again get to tease him about riding a Honda. He was our Safety Officer, our brother and, more importantly, he was our friend. I'm at a total loss for words. Godspeed my good friend. Until Valhalla young warrior!
