Chism Smith family becomes your family at the most tragic time in your life. They meet you and you can walk away knowing they are going to take care of what we don't have the strength to do. The memorial video that Heather creates shows her heart in how she cares for your family's most prescious memories. It is truly a gift.

And their care doesn't end after the funeral because it doesn't end for us. I would encourage everyone to trust your family with theirs. May all of you find peace as you walk through this process.

Carla, you, Heather and David made my son-in-law's service so perfect, it couldn't have been anymore perfect. When Melissa couldn't find any peace you gave her a little bit by making saying goodbye to her soulmate so beautiful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for going above and beyond for us all to say our last goodbye to Scooter. You all really put your heart into what you do and it shows. Love you all!

I am not sure I can even put into words how Carla, Heather, and David helped me during the hardest time of my life, planning my husband's funeral. I truly felt like these amazing people were my family, because that is how they make you feel. I was numb when trying to make choices and probably wasn't much help but somehow they took what little information I gave them and turned it into the absolute most beautiful viewing and funeral service I have ever experienced! Not to mention the way my husband looked, he looked so at peace! They go above and beyond, from beginning to end, walked me through this process step by step, I couldn't have asked for anyone to help me more in the darkest days of my life or handle it more professionally or with more compassion. I truly love these people and will never forget what they did for me.

I had a great of an experience as possible at Chism-Smith, this was our first time using this funeral home since we are new to the area. Carla and Heather helped us make very difficult decisions that we were not prepared for. After the funeral they also helped us preplan for our father so next time we won't have to be in this position.

I lost my dad and Carla and heather did everything they could to help me through this tough time. I felt nothing but comfortable being with them and going through this ordeal.
